Visolu Games is a game development and publishing brand owned and operated by Visionary Solutions, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
Throughout this Legal Notice, references to “Visolu Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Visionary Solutions, Inc., operating under the Visolu Games brand, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Visionary Solutions, Inc. develops, publishes, and distributes games, applications, software, artwork, and related digital content under the Visolu Games brand.
Visolu Games is not a separate legal entity. All applicable ownership rights, contractual obligations, and legal responsibilities reside with Visionary Solutions, Inc.

Unless otherwise indicated, original and legally protectable software, artwork, graphics, characters, game designs, audio, text, and other creative materials published under the Visolu Games brand are owned by Visionary Solutions, Inc. or used under applicable licenses.
Certain materials, including third-party licensed components, common gameplay mechanics, basic geometric shapes, and other elements, may be subject to separate rights or may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of copyrighted materials is prohibited except as permitted by applicable law, applicable licenses, or authorization from the rights holder.
Nothing in this notice restricts uses permitted under applicable copyright law or claims exclusive rights over materials that are not legally protectable.
3. Trademarks
Visolu Games is a game development and publishing brand of Visionary Solutions, Inc.
The Visolu Games name, associated logos, distinctive game titles, characters, and other branding elements may constitute trademarks or service marks owned or used under license by Visionary Solutions, Inc.
References to third-party trademarks, products, technologies, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
The appearance of third-party names or trademarks does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement.
Nothing in this notice represents that a particular trademark has been registered unless such registration has been obtained.
4. Original Software, Graphics, Audio, and Artwork
Visolu Games develops much of its game software, visual presentation, audio, and gameplay systems using original, proprietary code.
Code-Generated Graphics
The majority of in-game graphics are generated programmatically rather than relying on externally sourced artwork.
These code-drawn elements may include:
User interface components and controls.
Geometric shapes and gameplay objects.
